Geoffrey H. Fettus

Geoffrey Fettus both litigates and testifies before Congress for NRDC, where he focuses primarily on issues relating to the beginning and end of the nuclear fuel cycle-including issues associated with uranium mining and the disposal of radioactive waste. Mr. Fettus received his Bachelor's Degree from Haverford College and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He he worked as an attorney for a public-interest law firm and served as an assistant attorney general for New Mexico before he joined the NRDC in 2001. He is based in Washington, D.C.
