Greg Cameron

A proven engineering and regulatory affairs leader, Greg Cameron is currently a senior project manager with the Nuclear Energy Institute, where he is responsible for industry and regulatory engagement on a broad portfolio of licensing, compliance, and operations initiatives. Greg is on loan to NEI from the STARS Alliance, where he serves concurrently as Washington Representative on behalf of the Callaway, Diablo Canyon, Palo Verde, and Wolf Creek nuclear stations.

Prior to his service in Washington, Greg was Section Leader, Regulatory Compliance at Palo Verde. Previously, he held leadership and professional positions in fire protection engineering at Palo Verde and Prairie Island. Greg began his nuclear career as a student engineer with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Region II office.

Greg earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management from Oklahoma State University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Arizona. He holds a management SRO certification and is a licensed professional engineer.
