Molly Keefe-Forsyth

Ms. Keefe-Forsyth has been with the NRC for 17 years.  She has been working in the area of safety culture almost as long, and has been at the forefront of the development of the cross-cutting issues in the ROP, and the Common Language Initiative.  She has led safety culture teams on numerous inspections, including recent 95003 inspections at Arkansas Nuclear One and Pilgrim Nuclear Generating Station.  She currently works in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, as the lead for the safety culture inspection program including a training and qualification program for Safety Culture Assessors.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Monmouth College in Illinois, and a Master's degree in Sociology from American University in Washington DC.
