David Rudland

David Rudland is currently the Chief of the Vessel and Internals Integrity Branch in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulations at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission where he has worked for eight years.  He currently manages a group of 12 highly technical staff members with expertise in probabilistic fracture mechanics, materials science, metallurgy, and mechanical engineering.  Before that he worked as an NRC contractor at Engineering Mechanics Corporation of Columbus and Battelle Memorial Institute.
