Aldo Capristo

Aldo Capristo is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer.  He is responsible for the oversight of several support and business functions including Physical Security, Emergency Preparedness, Human Resources, Access Authorization and Fitness for Duty, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Employee Concerns, Nuclear Oversight, Legal Services, Licensing, Regulatory Affairs and Communications. Capristo also serves as Chief Ethics and Compliance Office.

Capristo has been in the commercial nuclear industry for over 25 years following an eight-year tour of duty in the US Nuclear Navy, serving as a Nuclear Engineering Laboratory Technician and Machinist Mate.

Capristo has advanced through positions of increasing responsibility, including Radiation and Chemistry Technician, Radioactive Waste Shipping Coordinator, Fleet Employee Concerns Program Manager, Licensing Manager, Business Director, Senior Director of Projects and Vice President Licensing and Common Services.

Capristo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Technology from New York Regents College and then earned a Masters in Business Administration from New Hampshire College.

Capristo completed the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations Senior Nuclear Plant Management course and the NEI Senior Executive Leadership Seminar.
