Accident Sequence Precursor (ASP) Program—Understanding Risk of Operating Events at Nuclear Power Plants

The purpose of this poster is to provide the public with more detailed information regarding the Accident Sequence Precursor (ASP) Program.  ASP is important for determining plant risk from events so that other nuclear power plants (NPPs) do not experience similar failures.  This poster will focus on ASP background, process, and recent results. The takeaway message of this poster is to better inform the public on the staffs continuing work to ensure NPP safety.
