Bachelor of Behavioral Science at University of Stockholm in 1996.  Employed at the Swedish Nuclear Power Inspectorate (SKI) in 1996 as human factors specialist. Managing SKI activities regarding the closure Barseback NPP 1997 - 2005.

Participated in IAEA workshops, international SKI research projects and OECD/NEA-activities on decommissioning and regulatory challenges coupled to this.8, after the merger of SKI and SSI into Swedish Radiation Safety Authority, employed as senior coordinator at SSM DG Staff. Developed the SSM management system and responsible for internal audits. Process owner of the SSM supervision process. Responsible for research projects on overview and comparison of international regulatory approaches to supervision. Basis for the NEA-report on Characteristics of an Effective Nuclear Regulator and the NEA-workshop on this topic in Stockholm, October 2013.

After 2013 position as Development Strategist at the Development department. Participated in several IAEA IRRS missions as expert on management system.
