Gregg W. Ludlam

Gregg Ludlam is an Accreditation Team Manager at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), on loan from Exelon Generation where he was the Director  - Midwest Fleet Training for Exelon Nuclear.  In this position, he had oversight of all accredited and non-accredited training programs for 7 nuclear plants in Illinois and Nebraska.  Gregg has been the industry chairperson of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) Licensed Operator Focus Group since 2006 and a charter member of the group since its formation in 1998.  He was awarded an NEI Top Industry Practice award in 2012 for the design and implementation of Simulator Scenario Based Testing nationwide as endorsed by NRC Regulatory Guide 1.149.

Gregg has held several additional leadership positions within commercial nuclear power training, having been Director  - Site Training at Oyster Creek and Robinson as well as roles at Robinson, Brunswick, Susquehanna and Vermont Yankee.  He holds Senior Reactor Operator Certifications at Vermont Yankee, Brunswick and Susquehanna and has completed certificate programs in utility executive finance at University of North Carolina's Keenan-Flagler Business School and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.  Gregg is a U.S. Navy submarine service veteran, having served for 8 years.
