W22 Spent Fuel Research Activities: Research Efforts Affecting Spent Fuel Storage and Transportation
This session will address current research efforts on the storage and transportation of spent nuclear fuel. Speakers will focus on supporting the safe transportation of nuclear fuel under normal and hypothetical accident conditions. Topics will include cask system component integrity, cladding temperatures and integrity, criticality safety, and risk analysis.
