Min-Tsang Chang

Min-Tsang Chang serves as a Technical Specialist in Atomic Energy Council (AEC), Taiwan. His tasks involve the assistance on public participation and communication for the installation and operation of radwaste facilities, regulatory audit and inspection on radwaste facilities of NPPs and research institutes, and international cooperation. 

Prior to joining AEC, he served in Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan. His main duty is to develop renewable energy and assist traditional power plants to generate cleaner electricity.
Before he works for government, he was a project manager in Environmental Resource Management Group based in U.S.A. and an environment manager in Mitsubishi based in Japan.

He received his master degree from University of Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
