T1 Agency Efforts to Address the Cumulative Effects of Regulation

This session will discuss key activities related to cumulative effects of regulation (CER); including, case studies on the accuracy of cost/schedule estimates in regulatory analyses and consideration of CER expansion to other regulatory actions. The session will also explore the potential use of the risk prioritization initiative as one means of addressing CER.
