Michael D. Llewellyn

Mr. Llewellyn has 35 years of commercial nuclear power plant experience in operations, maintenance, and training management positions. In his current role, with the National Academy for Nuclear Training (NANT), he leads accreditation teams conducting operator training programs accreditation renewal and works closely with industry and regulatory personnel on operator licensing, performance analysis, and training activities. Mr. Llewellyn has 20 years with the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) including 6 years working internationally with the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO). Prior work assignments include initial plant start-up and operations at Waterford 3 and Vogtle Units One and Two, and nuclear oversight at Rancho Seco.
