Senior Mechanical Engineer in the Component Integrity, Performance, and Testing Branch II of the Division of Engineering in the NRC Office of New Reactors who is responsible for the review of descriptions of inservice testing programs submitted in support of design certification and combined license applications under 10 CFR Part 52. Previous assignments at the NRC include Technical Advisor to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Panel, lead technical reviewer for NRC evaluation of motor-operated valve programs developed at nuclear power plants in response to Generic Letters 89-10 and 96-05, and principal technical reviewer for NRC evaluation of potential adverse flow effects caused by acoustic resonance during extended power uprate operation at nuclear power plants.
