Jennifer Golder

Ms. Golder began her career in the Federal government in 1990 as a summer hire at David Taylor Research Center in the Office of Public Affairs. After graduation from college in 1992, she joined the United States Customs Service Office of Investigations where she served as a Management Information Specialist responsible for managing the execution of the multi-million dollar Department of Treasury Asset Forfeiture Fund. In 1999, she transferred to NRC as a Program Analyst in the Division of Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). In 2001, she joined the Office of the Chief Information Officer (now the Office of Information Services) as a Senior Program Analyst, and in 2004, was promoted to Team Leader, Program Planning, Budget Formulation and Execution Team. From 2006 to June 2008, she served as Deputy Director, Information Records and Services Division, Office of Information Services. After serving as Director, Division of Program Planning/Budgeting and Program Analysis Staff in the Office of Federal and State Materials and Environmental Management Programs (FSME) she has returned to OCFO as the Budget Director. Ms. Golder also volunteers her time on the Board of Directors for the NRC child development center. Ms. Golder received a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication from Old Dominion University and a Master of Public Administration degree from George Mason University.
