Jim Davis

Jim graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and began his career with construction of Vogtle 1 & 2. Jim has over 30 years of nuclear experience including: construction, quality assurance engineering, materials engineering, project engineering, licensing renewal, environmental engineering and new reactor licensing with strengths in project management and program development. Jim also served as the Vogtle 3 & 4 Early Site Permit Project Engineer. In 2009, Jim was selected as Vogtle 3 & 4 Site Licensing Supervisor responsible for construction licensing activities and interface with the NRC Resident Inspectors. Jim is also responsible for the review of completed Inspection Test Analyses and Acceptance Criteria (ITAAC) documentation packages and submittal of ITAAC closure letters to the NRC. Jim and wife Jenny have 4 daughters, Bethany, Callie, Hannah and Colbie and two grandchildren, McKinley and Davis.
