2005 U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Training Managers' Conference. The purpose of this conference is to inform regional training and operations management of issues and policies that affect the licensing of reactor plant operators. The theme for this year's conference will be "Continuous Improvement, Striving for Operator Excellent." Topics of discussion will include organizational changes, examination scheduling and planning, examination results, simulator issues, medical and license reactivation issues, initial exam issues.
