The purpose of this teleconference, between Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD, the licensee) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is to discuss a proposed license amendment request to adopt an emergency action level scheme based on Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 99-01, "Development of Emergency Action Levels for Non-Passive Reactors," Revision 6, at Cooper Nuclear Station.
