To provide licensees and other entities subject to 10 CFR Part 26 with an opportunity to ask the NRC technical staff questions on implementing the "Fitness for Duty Drug Testing Requirements" Final Rule, which was published in the Federal Register on November 22, 2022 (87 FR 71422). Licensees and other entities must comply with the final rule changes by November 22, 2023. This is a Microsoft Teams webinar.
