Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff and NSPM to discuss an upcoming supplement for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant (MNGP) AREVA fuel transition license amendment request (LAR), and a future LAR submittal for the MNGP Extended Flow Window (EFW). NSPM will describe the purposes for the fuel transition LAR supplement and plan for the EFW LAR submittal, and offer orientation on the proposed analytical methods for core stability methods for Anticipated Transients Without Scram. Portions of the meeting will include discussion of proprietary information and will be closed to the public.
