PASS (https://www.nrc.gov/docs) provides a change log directory for changes applied to documents and packages. The directory contains CSV log files representing objects that have been newly published or changed. The directory is located here: https://www.nrc.gov/docs/publogs

The directory contains a CSV file for each of the last seven days.

The CSV file is named PASS-Delta-YYYY-MM-DD.csv. The file content will be a comma separated values (CSV) of information about the documents published.

The CSV format makes the files easily read programmatically by external parties that want to follow NRC publishing of documents.

Example file name for November 7^th 2024 would be PASS-Delta-2024-11-07.csv

The CSV file fields are:

• Date: The date/time the publishing action happened in the format YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss where YYYY is the four digit year, MM is the two digit month, DD is the two digit day of the month, T is the literal letter T, HH is the two digit hour of the day in a 24 hour clock, mm is the two digit minutes of the hour and ss is the two digit seconds of the minute.
• Action: Is the action taken by PASS. Possible values are:
• ADD: The document was added by PASS by a publishing action
• UPD: The document was updated by PASS by a publishing action

• Type: Is the object type. Possible values are:
• DOC: A PDF document
• PKG: A HTML document describing the contents of a package

• ML: Is the ML number of the document.
• URL: Is the URL where the document can be found
• Size: Is the size of the document in bytes. This is an integer with only digits, no separators.

Note: A separate entry for the PDF's that are >100,000,000 bytes is not created even though PASS creates a separate html file for them for use by external crawlers.
