          ZPA Ratings for Class 1E Relays

This letter is to inform you of typographical errors found in the March

28, 1997 letter with reference to revised ZPA ratings.



The above mentioned letter was issued as a result of further analysis and

evaluation of our available qualification documents, concluding that most

of our Class 1E relays had the correct ZPA rating as originally

calculated.



The corrections are as follows:



1)   The column heading labeled "Previous ZPA Rating (g) Letter 9/17/97"

     should have the year 96, not 97.



2)   For the relay type SDF-1, the "Correct ZPA Rating (g)" should be

     4.2, not 8.0.



     This letter is being sent to those customers that have purchased

     SDF-1 type relays.
