"During performance of 3-PT-M62C (Rev 7) 480V Undervoltage/Degraded Grid Protection System Bus 6A Functional Test, Bus 6A was inadvertently de-energized. [Number] '32' Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) autostarted and is supplying Bus 6A. Additionally, '32' and '33' Auxiliary Feed Pumps started due to ESF actuation based on loss of Bus 6A.

"All equipment operated as required. Investigation is in progress as to the cause of loss of power to Bus 6A. Bus 6A remains energized by '32' EDG."

The licensee informed the NRC Resident Inspector.
