NRC Waste Confidence Update Schedule
The following table summarizes the general milestone schedule that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has established for drafting a new Waste Confidence Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Rule. This schedule reflects “no later than” completion dates, and may be refined as the EIS scope is developed.
