DLPM will provide training materials on this revision for individual self study. DLPM will also offer a training presentation, upon request.
REMARKS:

9900 TECHNICAL GUIDANCE (Operations - Notices of Enforcement Discretion) has been revised in its entirety to incorporate experience gained since its last issuance in 2001 and to incorporate several related process adjustments. These adjustments are being made to improve efficiency and to provide additional clarity.
