REMARKS:

IMC 2509 (Browns Ferry Unit 1 Restart Project Inspection Program) has been corrected to include the requirement that a Commission briefing will be given prior to the restart of Browns Ferry Unit 1.

IP 71152 (Identification and Resolution of Problems) has been revised to incorporate recommendations made by the PI&R focus group to address several items from the Davis Besse Lessons Learned Task Force. The changes include enhanced requirements regarding the routine PI&R reviews conducted by resident inspectors, biennial reviews of longstanding issues, and biennial reviews of operating experience issues.
