TI 1220/001 (Inspection of Agreement State Licensees Operating Under 10CFR 150.20) is deleted. The requirements identified by this TI have been incorporated into IMC 1220, "Process of NRC Form 241, 'Report of Proposed Activities in Non-Agreement States,' Areas of Exclusive Federal Jurisdiction and Offshore Waters, and Inspection Agreement State Licensees Operating Under 10CFR 150.20." IMC 1246, Appendix A10 and Appendix B10 (Training Requirements for Decommissioning Project Managers/Technical Reviewers) have been revised to eliminate excessive requirements, focus the training effort and allow supervisors greater flexibility in setting standards. IMC 1246, Appendix A14 and Appendix B14 (Training Activities for High-Level Waste Repository Inspector) have been revised due to minor word changes and updates in the content of qualification guides. IMC 1246, Appendix A15 and Appendix B15 (Training Activities for High-Level Waste Repository License Technical Reviewer) have been revised due to minor word changes and updates in the content of qualification guides. IMC 2561 (Decommissioning Power Reactor Inspection Program) has been revised to reflect changes in the program. IMC 2600 (Core Inspection Requirements) pages B1, B6, B7 and B8 of Appendix B have been revised to change core MC7A inspection time from 32hrs/yr to 64hrs/yr in order to provide adequate inspection coverage of an important safeguards function. TI 2600/002 (Fuel Cycle Inspections of Licensees in States Which Have Been Denied Access to Low-Level Waste Disposal Facilities) is deleted. The inspection requirements have been completed. |
