REMARKS:

IMC 0609 "Significance Determination Process"
IMC 0609.01 "Significance and Enforcement Review Process"

Two major revisions that were made to these two documents are:

  1. The option of issuing a preliminary significance determination as greater than green;
  2. The 90-day goal for SDP timeliness was revised to reflect that the 90-day period begins when the inspection report that describes the finding is issued.

Since numerous other minor changes were made, no redlining has been used.
