IMC 0305 (Operating Reactor Assessment Program) has been revised to: 1) add guidance to the regions for closing out findings for plants in the multiple/repetitive degraded cornerstone, 2) clarify guidance for the treatment of old design issues, and 3) clarify time frame for counting inspection findings in the assessment program.
