IMC 0612, Exhibit 3 (Sample Reactor Inspection Report) is issued for immediate use. The sample inspection report identified in the exhibit is the culmination of regional and Inspection Program Branch effort to prepare an example of an inspection report that represents the main requirements stated in Inspection Manual Chapter (IMC) 0612, "Power Reactor Inspection Reports." Although not all details are addressed in the example, the information provided should result in a consistency for inspection reports issued by the regions.
