| REMARKS: | TI 2800/033 (Revised Materials Inspection Program)
revises IMC 2800, "Materials Inspection Program" to implement a 1-year pilot
program to incorporate Phase I and Phase II recommendations to streamline
the processes for preparation and documentation of materials inspections,
including: (1) revising the current inspection structure, (2) empowerment
of inspectors, (3) less intensive preparation for inspections, (4) revising
the initial inspection policy, (5) improving efficiency and effectiveness
of inspection, and (6) revising the use of NRC Form 591. |
