REMARKS: IP 62702 (Maintenance Program)
IP 62703 (Maintenance Observation)
IP 62704 (Instrumentation Maintenance (Components and Systems), Observation of Work, Work Activities, and Review of Quality Records)
IP 62705 (Electrical Maintenance (Components and Systems), Observation of Work, Work Activities, and Review of Quality Records)

These four procedures have been deleted. The core requirements of these procedures have been incorporated into inspection procedure 62700, "Maintenance Implementation," and therefore are no longer required.

IP 62707 (Maintenance Observations) is deleted. This IP has been replaced by IP 71111.12, "Maintenance Rule Implementation."
IP 79702 (Control and Monitoring of Radiological Source Term) is a new supplemental procedure. It essentially provides a comprehensive examination of radiological source term (with plant water chemistry playing an important role).
IP 83501 (Significant Uncontrolled Radiation Exposures) is a new supplemental procedure that covers the evaluation of licensee response to an occupational overexposure or substantial potential for an overexposure.
IP 83502 (Evaluation of Public Radiation Safety)
IP 83502.01 (Radioactive Gaseous and Liquid Treatment and Monitoring Systems)
IP 83502.02 (Radioactive Material Process and Transportation)
IP 83502.03 (Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program and Radioactive Material Control Program)
This IP and its attachments is a new supplemental procedure that provides a broad evaluation to ensure adequate protection of the public.
IP 86730 (Transportation of Radioactive Materials (49 CFR Parts 100-179 and 10 CFR Part 71) is a new supplemental procedure and is primarily an administration/editorial revision of TI 2515/133 which the regions used in recent inspections at all plants to ensure proper and timely implementation of the new Part 71/DOT regulations.
IP 83723 (General Employee, Radiation Safety, Plant Chemistry, Radwaste, and Transportation Training)
IP 83724 (External Occupational Exposure Control and Personal Dosimetry)
IP 83725 (Internal Exposure Control and Assessment)
IP 83728 (Maintaining Occupational Exposures ALARA)
These four procedures were revised and updated to be used to help assess the adequacy of the licensee's root cause evaluation and extent of condition review associated with the significant performance issues as defined in supplemental inspection procedure 95002, "Supplemental Inspection For One Degraded Conerstone or Any Three White Inputs in a Strategic Area."
