Exelon expects the following management changes to take place effective February 23, 2009:

Site Vice President, Byron, Dave Hoots was named loaned executive at Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO).

Site Vice President, LaSalle, Dan Enright was named Site Vice President, Byron.

Site Vice President, Dresden, Dave Wozniak was named Site Vice President, LaSalle.

Plant Manager, Dresden, Tim Hanley was named Site Vice President, Dresden.

Operations Director, LaSalle, Shane Marik was named Plant Manager, Dresden.
