Discussion:

Dominion Nuclear announced the following management changes at the Millstone Station effective Monday,
September 12, 2005: A. J. "Skip" Jordan has been named as the Director - Nuclear Station Operations and
Maintenance, replacing Stephen P. Sarver; Mr. Jordan was previously the Director - Nuclear Engineering for Millstone.
Also, Richard MacManus has been named to replace Mr. Jordan as the Director - Nuclear Engineering;
Mr. MacManus was previously the Training Manager at Surry.

The following management changes have been announced by Entergy Nuclear Northeast: Don Leach has been named Director of Projects for Entergy Nuclear Northeast (ENN). Mr. Leach previously held the position of Director of Engineering, IPEC. John Ventosa has been named Director of Engineering, IPEC. Mr. Ventosa previously held the position of IPEC Site Operations Manager.
