Subject: Exelon Announces Management Changes

Discussion:

Jack Skolds, Exelon Nuclear President and CNO, announced today that
Exelon Nuclear will have the following management changes. The changes
will be effective in late June 2002.

Mike Heffley, currently the Vice President of Clinton Power Station, will
begin a loaned assignment to INPO as Vice President, Assistance. Mike
Pacilio, currently the Plant Manager at Clinton, will become Site Vice
President at Clinton. Keith Polson, currently the Operations Manager at
Entergy's River Bend Plant, will become the new Plant Manager at Clinton.


In addition, Jim Randich, currently the Work Management Director at
Clinton, will become Work Management Director at Exelon's LaSalle Station
effective in early June. Acting in his position will be Jeff Cunningham,
who is currently the On-line Work Control Supervisor at Clinton.

Subject: First Energy Announces Management Changes

Discussion:

Howard Bergendahl, Davis-Besse Vice President, announced today that First
Energy will have the following management changes. The changes will be
effective immediately.

Jim Powers, currently the Director of Nuclear Engineering at Perry, will
become the Director of Nuclear Engineering at Davis-Besse. Steve Moffitt,
currently the Director of Nuclear Engineering at Davis-Besse, is being
considered for a loaned executive position at the Institute for Nuclear
Power Operations (INPO). Mr. Power's replacement at Perry will be
announced at a later date.
