Subject: Changes in Braidwood Plant Management

Discussion:

Effective Friday May 17, 2002, Keith Schwartz, Plant Manager, will retire
after 29 years of service. Mr. Schwartz will be replaced by Tom Joyce,
currently the Assistant Plant Manager. Mr. Joyce joined the company in
June 1975 and has held multiple positions at the Exelon company: Senior
Reactor Operator (SRO) at the Byron Station, Plant Manager at the Zion
Station, Business Operations Manager in Corporate Supply, and Director of
Supply Management for the Mid-West Regional Operating group. Mr. Joyce
earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from the
University of Missouri - Rolla and a Masters Degree in Business
Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
