Revision of NRC Enforcement Policy; Correction

AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Policy statement: Amendment; Correction.


SUMMARY: This document corrects a notice appearing in the Federal Register on May 19, 1999 (64 FR 27310), that addresses examples of violations involving operators' licenses. This action is necessary to correct a typographical error in the numbering of the Severity Level IV violation example in Suplement B of the Enforcement Policy.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On page 27312, in the first column, under "D. Severity Level IV -- Violations involving for example:," replace the number "5" at the start of the next paragraph with the number "2".
