Revision of NRC Enforcement Policy; Correction
AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
ACTION: Policy statement: Amendment; Correction.
SUMMARY: This document corrects a notice appearing in the Federal Register on May 19, 1999 (64 FR 27310), that addresses examples of violations involving operators' licenses. This action is necessary to correct a typographical error in the numbering of the Severity Level IV violation example in Suplement B of the Enforcement Policy.
