Summary - Correction to Revision of Violation Examples Involving Medical Use of Byproduct Material

On June 3, 2002, the Commission published a revision to the Enforcement Policy in the Federal Register (67 FR 38325) correcting the Enforcement Policy revision notice dated April 24, 2002. The effective date of the subject Policy revision should read, "October 24, 2002," instead of "November 25, 2002."
