The Commission has approved the proposed letter to the Governor of Oregon and the proposed Federal Register notice, subject to the change indicated below.
Page 2 of the proposed Federal Register notice, paragraph 3, sentence 1 should be revised as follows: The State of Oregon has conducted two sealed source and device evaluations; the last evaluation was issued in 1997.
