RPV Upper Head Issues

As a result of recent discoveries of reactor vessel head degradation in Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station's reactor pressure vessel (RPV) head, the NRC is investigating the structural integrity of reactor vessel heads at 69 pressurized water reactors (PWRs).
