Actions in Response to the Japan Nuclear Accident: February 17, 2012

NRC staff proposes to the Commission issuing three orders to enhance post-9/11 emergency equipment, install additional spent fuel pool instruments and, for certain plants, enhance or install containment vents, along with a request for information.
