The staff has engaged the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) and the potential
ESP applicants (Exelon, Dominion, and Entergy) in public meetings to resolve
any generic issues that might impede the timely review and disposition
of an ESP application. NEI has sent letters to the NRC documenting their
position on some issues identified, and the NRC staff has sent letters
in return providing the staff's disposition of these issues. The table
below contains a list of the issues, related data, and documents (such
as the NRC and NEI letters) pertaining to issue resolution.
