T1 10 CFR Part 21 and Commercial-Grade Dedication
The Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), Division of Engineering; the Office of New Reactors (NRO), Division of Construction and Inspection Programs; and stakeholders will participate in a panel session to discuss issues involving the implementation of the commercial-grade dedication process. Additionally, they will review recent staff clarifications related to the application of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 21 (10 CFR Part 21) reporting requirements. The industry will discuss its experiences with the dedication process and compliance with 10 CFR Part 21 reporting requirements.
