Obtaining Certificates
Full copies of the sealed source and device certificates may be found on the Office of State and Tribal Programs Web site.
In addition, you may obtain full copies of registration certificates by contacting the issuing agency listed at the end of the certificate. Addresses for the State agencies can be found in the State program directory.
In order to ensure that you get the most recent copy of the certificate, you should consult the appropriate Nuclear Sealed Source and Device Registry report first. Use the report to find the date of the most recent version of the certificate, then use one of the previous resources obtain the full copy.
