Draft Safety Evaluation Report

The NRC staff issued a revised Draft Safety Evaluation Report (SER) on April 30, 2003 that addresses the information in the revised Construction Authorization Request (CAR) that Duke Cogema Stone & Webster (DCS) submitted in October 2002. This revised draft SER replaces the original draft SER, issued in April 2002, in its entirety.
