AREVA Enrichment Services, LLC Gas Centrifuge Facility Licensing Review Schedule

Based on the Commission’s order, dated July 23, 2009, the NRC staff has developed the following schedule to complete the license application review for the AREVA Enrichment Services Eagle Rock Enrichment Facility within 30 months. This schedule is also available as a dataset with an accompanying data dictionary (both in Microsoft Excel format).

No Later than 1/2012 Pending Commission issues final decisions. Date depends on the schedule set by the Licensing Board and consistent with the Hearing Order that final Commission decision is no later than January 2012.
