The Manhattan College license was amended on March 23, 1999, to remove authority to operate the reactor and allow possession only of the reactor. The Amendment Also approved the DP. The licensee has conducted surveys of this zero power research reactor facility. What remains is to transfer sources and fuel to the DOE, and complete surveys for release of the facility.
