Question 7: Relative to 10 CFR 20.1101, radiation
protection programs, what would a typical radiography
licensee have to do beyond what that licensee is doing now?
Answer: Ensure that the program was documented and review
the program's content and implementation periodically (at
least annually). (See Regulatory Guide 10.6 for additional
information). If the licensee does not have a radiation
protection program, then such a program must be developed.
